White water
Who doesn't like drinking mineral water or we call white water. White water does have a million even billions of benefits to our body. One of the benefits we can get by often drank plain water i.e. can reduce the dehydration or lack of body fluids and meet the needs of oxygen in the brain so that the body and mind we will continue to feel fresh and drowsiness will definitely be reduced


A cup of hot tea

Spicy food
